The Oak Tree Half Marathon is once again a Rochester Runner of the Year series race.  This is the fifth year the Oak Tree Half will be the featured distance race on the series.

The series is organized by the Greater Rochester Track Club with the goal of testing a runners abilities at varying distances in every season of the year to determine which male and female are THE fastest area runners.  There is no extra cost to participate in the series, beyond registering for the individual races.  The series offers age-based rankings, giving all runners a chance to see how they stack up in the region.  Runners must complete at least four races to be eligible for overall and age-group series awards, but the top six races will be used for scoring purpose. 

Series Details

- No extra registration or costs to participate...sign up for and complete at least 4 series races (better yet, run them all!)
- Your best 6 scores count toward point total
- Awards to the top 10 men and women and 1st thru 5th men and women in age groups
