The Oak Tree Half Marathon is once again a Rochester Runner of the Year series race. This is the sixth year the Oak Tree Half will be the featured distance race on the series.
The series is organized by the Greater Rochester Track Club with the goal of testing a runners abilities at varying distances in every season of the year to determine which male and female are THE fastest area runners. There is no extra cost to participate in the series, beyond registering for the individual races. Runners must complete at least four races to be eligible for overall and age-group series awards, but the top six races will be used for scoring purpose.
